Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd. - Introduced to all 65 stations to protect customers' lives

 


In December 2016, Keisei Electric Railway has introduced Edison's mega-speak to 65 Keisei lines (excluding Narita Sky Access 4 stations). By placing various original messages that can be used in daily work as well as emergency situations, it is helping smooth operation at stations where many foreign tourists, such as Narita Airport Station and Nippori Station, are used.


 

Introduction of multilingual products to safeguard the safety of customers' lives

Regarding foreigners visiting Japan every year, regardless of domestic and overseas people, we believe that we need a structure to properly guide guidance in order to preserve the safety of customers' lives, with accurate instructions and information provided, and that information I got to the exhibition for collection and came to know Edison's multilingual products.

Since MegaSpeak is simple in operation and pre-registered phrases are pre-registered, it can be used immediately in case of emergency. In addition, since we have created and registered regular texts that can be used even at normal times, we would like to utilize it for summer railway events and multi-customer period guidance.
