The parties to this Agreement confirm that the information disclosed under this Agreement does not involve the transfer or license of the user's patents, utility models, know-how or other intellectual property rights to the Company.

Article 7 (Not guaranteed)

We disclose the disclosed information to users as it is, and we do not guarantee the trueness, accuracy or usefulness of the disclosed content.

Article 8 (mutual non-restraint)

The parties to this Agreement confirm that by entering into this Agreement they are not obligated to carry out any business with each other.

Article 9 (Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

The parties to this Agreement may not, under the prior written consent of the other parties, obtain the status under this Agreement and

Article 10 (Consultation)

Matters not stipulated in this Agreement and matters causing doubts shall be resolved after consultation with the parties to this Agreement.

Article 11 (Court of Jurisdiction)

For all disputes related to this contract, the Sapporo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court of the first trial.
